*Draft, negotiate and review domestic and foreign leases and subleases, purchase and sale agreements, design and construction documents, and facilities services agreements, including letters of intent relating to all of the above. *Day-to-day counseling of company Global Real Estate team and other divisions on matters of real estate law, interpretation, and compliance, incl. interfacing between business unit and external counsel, responding to inquiries regarding real estate portfolio, attending GRE meetings. *Engage, direct and manage external real estate counsel when appropriate; budgeting, review and approval of external counsel expenses $145,250.00 – $269,750.00
